Our work.
At 4C Strategy, we handpick projects that align with our values of collaboration, creativity, co-design and transformative change. Partnering with trailblazers, we’re passionate about creating practical solutions, advancing knowledge, and fostering deeper understanding to drive meaningful impact. We’re excited to share a selection of these projects here, showcasing the impact and innovation behind our work.
4C Strategy, in collaboration with the Canadian Centre for Caregiving Excellence (CCCE), is working to better understand the experiences and needs of Working Caregivers in Canada. Through the exploratory phase, done in partnership with Work-Life Harmony Enterprises, we created a summary report that paints a picture of the current situation. To accelerate progress, we convened two national Supporting Caregivers in the Workplace roundtable sessions on November 5 and 26, 2024. These highly-successful virtual roundtables brought together over 20 participants per session, representing 18 organizations from diverse industries and regions.
We continue to lead the Working Caregiver Project, ensuring that the lived experience of working caregivers informed each step in our journey.
