Michelle Wan has a diverse background with over 20 years of experience spanning the music, media, and healthcare industries. She began her career in the fast-paced environments of music and media before shifting her focus to healthcare after the birth of her daughter. Before joining 4C Strategy consulting, Michelle worked in medical education at the Department of Paediatrics at the University of Toronto and later held a strategic engagement role in the Pharmaceutical Division of Johnson & Johnson.

Her comprehensive knowledge of the Ontario healthcare system, coupled with her ability to unite stakeholders from various sectors, has enabled her to co-design, establish, and execute sustainable solutions for complex challenges.

Michelle holds a Bachelor’s degree in Piano Performance from McGill University, a Master’s in Non-Profit Arts Administration from New York University, and certifications in Project Management, Family Engagement in Health Research, Knowledge Mobilization, and Continuing Health Education. Her broad expertise and collaborative spirit make her an invaluable member of any strategic team.
