Kelly is an executive coach and consultant specializing in Brand, Marketing, and Communications (BMC). With over 25 years of experience in professional services, she most recently served as the Global Director of BMC for EY's talent function, where she significantly contributed to the firm's brand growth and engagement of its 400,000 employees in over 150 countries. Prior to her tenure at EY, Kelly held key marketing and communications leadership roles at Ogilvy Renault (now Norton Rose Fulbright) and Accenture. She earned her executive coaching credentials through the Co-Active Training Institute and has been working with teams and senior leaders for over a decade.

Today, Kelly collaborates with senior leadership teams on strategic programs, focusing on fostering high performance and equitable cultures and behaviors that drive growth and innovation. In addition to her work with organizations, Kelly coaches a diverse roster of private clients from around the world, bringing a unique ability to connect dots, simplify complex issues, execute plans effectively, and keep humans at the center of her work.

Outside of work, Kelly enjoys hiking, spending time by the water with her family, and resides near Toronto with her husband and two teenage children.
