With over a decade’s worth of digital and project management experience, Jocelyn has been helping health sector partners make the most of their digital footprints for nearly a decade. Rooted in a project management approach, she is known for her ability to keep the most complicated projects on track, and for her digital acumen and expertise, including user research, digital and content strategies, social media marketing, and community building.

Jocelyn loves doing creative work for organizations with purpose, and she is known for bringing her trademark energy and enthusiasm to every project she works on. 

She thrives figuring out how to plan and execute large and thorny projects but is just as comfortable creating social and digital content. During her time leading large-scale website transformations, creating engaging videos and eLearning modules, and transforming the social media presence of organizations, Jocelyn has been known for keeping her projects on track, fostering strong relationships, and producing top quality work. 

Jocelyn holds a Bachelor of Arts with an Honour’s Specialization in Sociology and a Certificate in Professional Communications from the University of Western Ontario. She is also certified by the Project Management Institute as a Project Management Professional.
