Deb has over a decade of progressive experience as a healthcare leader. With a unique combination of skills and capabilities, Deb is passionate about working in partnership to help organizations and teams deliver on their goals and priorities. Her areas of expertise include business operations, quality improvement, project management and facilitation. Her diverse experience spans from strategic and system planning to program design and delivery.

Deb is a strategic thinker who is also known for excellent attention to detail. She uses her unique skill set to articulate and translate complex strategy into attainable and sustainable action plans. She is not afraid of a challenge and enjoys working with diverse teams to collectively identify and solve complex and challenging problems. Deb is also skilled in supporting teams to navigate the ambiguity they often face, guiding them to swiftly adjust and adapt as needed.

Deb has worked in roles at the local level and provincial levels, where she has supported system transformation and transformational initiatives (i.e., Ontario Health Teams). She has also worked with a variety of partners from across the health system, including patients and their families, hospitals, and primary care.

Deb holds a Master’s in Health Science (Health Administration) from the University of Toronto and is certified by the Project Management Institute as a Project Management Professional.
