Welcome to 4C Strategy
4C Strategy is a consulting agency that draws on our deep knowledge of and experience in the healthcare system. We help leaders and innovators who are on the front lines of healthcare renewal and integration come up with creative strategies to solve their most pressing problems, while ensuring that the patient and caregiver voice is embedded in the process.
About us
We are a group of experts who live at the intersection of co-design, strategic communications, knowledge mobilization and digital engagement and we work with a variety of associates to make sure we have the bench strength to roll-up our sleeves and take on as much, or as little, of the execution as you need. Our approach is to build your team’s capacity and then give you the tools to execute on the strategy yourself. We can then act as long-term advisors, as needed.
